New LJ User Icons

The <lj user> code and icons were updated. Now it auto-detects the journal type, so you don't ever need to use <lj comm> tags again.

I'm making all of these just by doing <lj user="username">:

Regular Journal: janinedog
Community: lj_support
Syndicated Journal: calnhobbes
News Journal: news
Shared Journal: howto

Edit: Here's some more stuff that the new code does:

Deleted or Purged Journal: blue, jgc
Renamed Journal: <lj user="planetjanine"> becomes janinedog
Non-existant Journal: <lj user="djflsfh"> and <lj comm="djflsfh"> both become djflsfh
Using the <lj comm> tag: Using this produces the same results as using <lj user>. It will automatically change the icon to be what it should be.
