I have noticed that it doesn't seem to update regularly... is it something that updates on certain days of the week? Does it use a crawl only on certain days? Or has it stopped functioning?
I have figured out that you can track how many people have linked to a site by replacing the URL at the end of
http://www.livejournal.com/meme.bml?u
This shows you all the users who have linked that that URL. Very nifty!
But according to that, the URL I was tracking should show up on that Top 40 LiveJournal.com Memes by now and it doesn't.
