Friend Page RSS Feed

As far as I can tell, there haven't been any scripts posted to create rss feeds of friend pages, so I made my own. It's a Perl script made to run as cgi. It assumes a *nix system and requires LWP::Simple. It features caching, limits on number of entries returned, and the ability to add users that aren't in your friend list.
